    The TP-SW4GBT-2SFP Power over Ethernet (PoE) 6-Port Gigabit Switch from Tycon delivers high-speed Layer 2+ Ethernet performance with exceptional manageability and power capabilities. This advanced switch includes 4 GigE PoE++ (90W) ports and 2 SFP 2.5G ports, offering versatile connectivity options. The PoE ports, fully manageable via the user interface, provide a combined maximum power output of 360W, utilizing industry-standard 802.3at/bt detection for seamless and automatic operation.

    The switch enhances security with protocols like SSH and SSL, ensuring safe access to the command interface. Users can control the interface through the serial console port or any Ethernet port, using a web browser, command line interface (CLI), TELNET, SSH, or SNMP.

    Packed with L2+ features, this switch improves manageability, security, and performance. Key capabilities include VLAN, Port Mirroring, Port Isolation, IGMP Snooping, DHCP Snooping, LLDP, ARP Inspection, Storm Control, IP Source Guard, Access Control Lists, and PoE++ management. It also supports Spanning Tree, Jumbo Frames, Cable Diagnostics, and Ring Topology for enhanced functionality.

    The switch complies with Green Ethernet standards, actively reducing energy consumption. It powers down Ethernet drivers on inactive ports and instantly restores active mode without packet loss when the link becomes active. It also adjusts signal strength based on cable length to optimize power efficiency.

    Requiring a 48VDC to 57VDC input, the switch supports dual input wire-terminal connectors that accept up to 12AWG wire for reliable operation.

    Built for durability, the switch supports Category 5 or higher Ethernet cables with network distances up to 100m. Fiber ports provide optical ranges up to 120Km. Shielded and grounded RJ45 connectors protect against interference, while built-in surge protection safeguards all ports. Conformal coating ensures moisture resistance, and the wide operating temperature range makes this switch ideal for outdoor and industrial environments.
